Refund and Return Policy

1. Motorsport Products
RisengDesign develops and manufactures specialist components intended for motorsport and performance applications. These products may be used under extreme operating conditions and are not intended for ordinary road use unless explicitly stated.
Due to the specialised nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or a customer's change in project requirements, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility, specifications and suitability for their intended application before placing an order.
2. Manufacturing Defects and Incorrect Products
If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect, machining error, dimensional error, incorrect specification supplied by RisengDesign, or does not fit the application it was explicitly designed and advertised for, please contact us.
Claims must include:
The order number and product details.
A description of the issue.
Relevant photographs, measurements or other supporting documentation.
We will assess each claim individually. Where a claim is accepted, we will determine an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, correction of the manufacturing error or refund, subject to applicable law.
Products must not be modified, machined further, damaged or otherwise altered before an issue has been reported and we have had a reasonable opportunity to assess it, unless necessary for safety or otherwise permitted by law.
3. No Performance or Competition Warranty
Motorsport components are exposed to operating conditions that can vary significantly depending on installation, setup, driving style, vehicle configuration and maintenance.
Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, RisengDesign does not guarantee that its products will be suitable for every application or withstand every operating condition.
We do not warrant performance outcomes, service life, resistance to abuse, or freedom from damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect setup, misuse, modification, inadequate maintenance, accidents or operation beyond the product's intended design parameters.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are correctly installed, inspected and used within appropriate operating limits.
4. Installation and Consequential Damage
RisengDesign is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible components, improper adjustment, misuse, or failure of other vehicle systems, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
Any liability for consequential losses, including labour costs, vehicle downtime, loss of competition entry fees or damage to other components, is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers should inspect products before installation and contact us if any dimensional, machining or quality issue is identified.
5. Return Authorisation
Products must not be returned without prior written approval from RisengDesign.
Where a return is authorised, we will provide instructions for shipping and inspection. Unauthorised returns may be refused to the extent permitted by law.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for claims that are not accepted.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Where statutory consumer rights apply, they take precedence over any conflicting provision in this policy.
