RD8.8 Ford 8.8” differential for Ford Sierra & Escort Cosworth made out of AlSi7MG-T6 aluminum casting. This differential features the readily available extremely strong Ford 8.8” internals found on Ford Mustangs, Thunderbird, F150 trucks and many more. This kit fits directly into a 7.5” beam and require no modifications to the chassis. 4×4s will require a 2wd Cosworth beam and 2wd (108mm) driveshafts. Bolt on using a mc2racing-style differential mount, like the Graham Goode Racing differential mount. No modifications required.
The Ford 8,8” is proven to withstand over 2500hp on Nissan GTRs, far surpassing the Ford Motorsport 9” Cosworth differential.
The stub shafts are manufactured from 4340 quenched and tempered steel and nitrided for enhanced strength, wear resistance, and durability. The side bearing retainers are machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminium.
This kit contains the RD8.8 aluminum housing and rear cover, 4340 stub shafts and propshaft flange. Internals are NOT included.

RD WRC hubs for the ultimate Cosworth build, made out of 6082-T6 billet material for superior strength.

New RD seat reinforcement brackets for Ford Sierra Mk1, Mk2, Escort Cosworth. These are identical to the original part made of S355 1,5mm steel. Perfect fitment for your restoration project. They are sold in pair and comes with proper square weld nuts for a factory finish.
RD cam cover for Cosworth YB engines. Fits all Cosworth YB cylinder heads except Escort Cosworth small turbo version.
Can be anodized or powder coated in your colour of choice. Custom breather ports, high RPM timing belt roller as well as custom engraving available.
